Ute Cab and Yellow Cab
The UTA Bus #50 from the international airport to Salt Lake City
runs every 30 minutes Monday thru Friday 6:18 a.m. until 11:36 p.m.
(Call from 6 a.m. to 7 p.m.).

If driving:
(1) Take the Airport Road to I-80 East.
(2) Travel I-80 towards downtown.
(3) Get off on 600 South exit.
(4) Turn right on 300 West, then turn left on 800 South.
(5) After you pass 200 West, Camelot Inn is the 2nd
yellow-blue house on the right side.
(6) Only park in front of the building on 800 South
street (not on the driveway).

CONDITIONS =========== (1) Cancellation policy: Cancellations must be made at least 2 days before your scheduled arrival day. Guests who miss their reservation date or cancel with less than 48 hours notice will be charged in full. In case of cancellation up to 2 days before arrival, a $6 cancellation fee will apply to cover processing costs. (2) No Shows will be charged the full reservation amount. (3) No refunds after check-in. (4) Self check-in any time AFTER 3 p.m. (5) If you want to check-in early in the morning (example: 3 a.m. or 7 a.m.), then you are required to pay for the previous night. Please make sure you know how to check in, because we don't answer the phones after midnight- you need the new building entrance code and reference number to check in; (6) Please make sure there are no internet blocks on your credit card- we use a virtual terminal to charge your card. (7) This may result in your booking being cancelled; please call us with any questions. (8) No refunds for unused nights, including those resulting from delayed check-in or early check-out will be given. We are a small business with a few rooms and we don't overbook. (9) Prepaid cards are not accepted (exceptions for international travelers). (10) Anyone wanting 7+ nights - needs approval from the Hostel. Guests staying 7+ nights cannot be in the building all day long; they must be out working, sightseeing, etc. If they are in the building all day long, we have the right to evict them immediately and no refunds will be given. (11) Locals need approval to extend (12)Dorm rooms need to check-in before 10 p.m. ===================== APPROVED GUESTS ONLY: ===================== Please tell us if you're bringing any children- you need approval to bring any children or teenagers into the property. This property is only for guests who are staying here: you are responsible for any authorized (approved by management) children with you. Dorm rooms need to check-in before 10 p.m. =========== BUILDING ENTRANCE CODE =========== Emailed after we charge your card =========== CHECK-IN TO BUILDING, ONLY AFTER 3PM =========== NOTE: Check-in to building, only after 3 p.m. or pay $5.80 early check-in fee (or pay a $5.80 storage fee). =========== WHAT TO DO WHEN YOU ARRIVE =========== NOTE: Please do not knock on the door after 10 p.m. (people may be sleeping). 1. PARKING: You can park on the concrete parking lot (west side of the building). If the parking lot is full, park on the street in front of the building (on 800 South). Please do not park on the driveway. 2. MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR: Walk up the handicap ramp (on the west side of building). The door will be on your left side. Only use the side entrance door- the front entrance doors are not key less. 3. ENTRANCE CODE TO BUILDING: Emailed after we charge your card. Enter the code, and then turn the knob right. 4. IMPORTANT SIGNS: Please read and follow all the signs throughout the building. 5. CHECK-IN COMPUTER: Turn on the check-in computer, and then enter in your booking reference number to get your room number and key box combination. NOTE: If you don't have your reference number, then you can use the check-in computer to log in to your e-mail account and get the reference number. 6. LINENS: The bed will be made with clean linens, or the linens will be on top of your bed. 7. TOWELS: The room has one or two towels; you can rent extra towels for $1/towel from management or the evening concierge. =========== CHECK-IN TIME =========== Check in to the building ONLY AFTER 3 p.m. Dorm rooms need to check-in before 10 p.m. =========== CHECK-OUT TIME =========== Check-out of your room no later than 10 a.m. If you need to extend, please E-mail us 24 hrs in advance, so we can check availability. If you call and get our answering machine, then please checkout and wait in the lounge until we get hold of you. ===================== $5.80+ LATE CHECKOUT FEE ===================== After 10 a.m. you need to checkout of the room and the building. We need to get everything ready for our guests that will be checking in later in the day. We charge an extra $5 + tax and fees, for every additional hour you stay in the building (before 11 a.m. = $5.80, before 12 p.m. = $11.60, etc. ======================== LOST KEY/LOCKED OUT FEE ======================== If you lose your key, or get locked out of your room, there is a $20 to $40 service call fee. =========== CARDS NOT ACCEPTED =========== Laser; JCB Credit card: if you book with this type of card, then please contact us with a different one; we charge an extra $5.80 change fee. =========== PAYMENT =========== When you get to the Inn, there is no need to pay us directly. We have already authorized payment on your card, which allows you to check in to the room by yourself. =========== NOTICE TO CREDIT CARD HOLDER =========== By submitting your credit card as a method of payment, you are authorizing an approval to be secured on your credit card account for the amount of the booking, including taxes and fees. Please make sure your card has sufficient funds to cover the total amount due plus taxes and fees. IMPORTANT: If your credit card is declined, we will have to obtain a different form of payment. =========== NOTICE TO DEBIT CARD USER =========== By submitting your debit card as a method of payment, you are authorizing an approval to be secured on your checking account for the amount of the booking, including taxes and fees. The amount of the approval will be deducted from your checking account and thus reduces your available balance. IMPORTANT: We are not responsible for any overdraft fees that you may incur due to lack of funds. =========== VALUABLES =========== The management reserves the right to refuse services to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind. A safe deposit box is available for the protection of the guests valuables. =========== KEY SAFE / HOW TO OPEN YOUR ROOM DOOR =========== Your room has a key safe with a keypad. The key safe is attached to the side of the entrance door, and the key is inside the box. The door will not open automatically. To open the door: 1. Push in the buttons corresponding to your key code, slide down the OPEN button, take the lid off, and then use the attached key to open the door. 2. To put back the lid with the key, push in the buttons corresponding to your key code, slide down the OPEN button, and then put the bottom of the lid in first. NOTE: If you make a mistake, press the CLEAR button on the bottom. =========== PRICES OF ITEMS IN THE ROOM (IF YOU WANT TO BUY THEM) =========== In the room you will find the items listed bellow. If any of these items are not left in the room at the time of check-out, the following charges apply: - Linen (top or bottom) - $10 - Pillow Case - $5 - Pillow - $5 - Towel - $5 - Blanket - $25 - Laundry basket - $5 - Trash Can - $5 - Alarm Clock - $10 - Fan - $15 NOTE: You are liable for any of the above items not left in the room. If any of these items are missing, we will charge your card. We check the rooms daily from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. before you check-in. =========== DISCLAIMERS =========== (1) taxes and fees are not included in the price and (2) a $5.80 charge will be included for the following: any bookings made after 4 p.m., declined credit cards, early arrivals (before 3 p.m.), and booking change requests. $40 CHARGE: We will apply this charge to your card if: (1) you do not follow the check-in (or check-out) instructions or (2) you fail to keep the house rules posted on the wall.
